Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
Our Tour Packages for India representative will receive you at the international airport in Delhi late at night or around midnight. He will assist you in transferring to your hotel where you can relax after your long journey.
Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast at the hotel, you will embark on a full day tour of Delhi. In course of the day you will be taken around some of the famous attractions of Delhi like the Raj Ghat, Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and the Lakshminarayan Temple to name a few.
You will stay overnight at your hotel in Delhi.
Day 03: Delhi - Agra
You will set out for Agra in the morning after a sumptuous breakfast. On the way you will stop at Sikandara and visit Mughal great Akbar's tomb after which you will continue with your journey to Agra. Our representative will help you check into your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Jaipur
After breakfast at the hotel you will drive to Jaipur. On arrival, you will set out on an excursion to the Amber Fort as part of your Kerala with Golden Triangle Tour. A grand ride on elephant back will take you to the entrance of this hill top fort, which is one of the prime attractions of Jaipur. In the evening you can catch up with some rest or explore some of the colorful bazaars of Jaipur. Overnight will be at Jaipur.
Day 05: Jaipur - Delhi
After breakfast you will be driven around some of the bustling and colorful markets of Jaipur where you can indulge in some great shopping. You will leave for Delhi after lunch where you will be transferred to the airport to board a flight to Chennai.
Day 06: Delhi - Chennai
On arrival at Chennai, our Tour Packages for India representative will help you check in at hotel Le Meridien that is located near the airport. You spend the night at Le Meridien.
Day 07: Chennai - Trivandrum
On day 7 of your Kerala with Golden Triangle Tour, you will travel to the Somatheeram Ayurvedic Resort in Trivandrum after breakfast. Stay overnight at the resort.
Day 08: Ayurvedic Beach Resort
Relax at the resort and enjoy the facilities offered that include a private beach, yoga sessions, ayurvedic massage parlors, nature walks, classical music and dance programs on open-air stage. You will also be able to explore the nearby villages and get to know about their people and culture. Stay overnight at the resort.
Day 09: Backwaters of Kerala
As part of your Kerala with Golden Triangle Tour, you will drive to the pier to board a private rice boat (70 kms/2 hrs drive) and then enjoy a cruise along the narrow canals and wide lakes enjoying the scenic natural beauty of the backwaters of Kerala. Meals will be served on the boats where you will put up for the night.
Day 10: Backwaters - Cochin
Relax on your houseboat in the morning and after lunch our Tour Packages for India representative will arrange for you to be driven to Cochin that is 65 Km away. On arrival at Cochin, you will check in at the Taj Malabar Hotel that overlooks the harbor and will be given sea facing rooms.
Day 11: Cochin
Day 11 of your Kerala with Golden Triangle tour includes a full day of sightseeing trips around Cochin. You will visit the grand palaces and museums in Cochin before enjoying a Kathakali dance performance at the Cochin Cultural Center. Dinner will be at a traditional Kerala restaurant after which you return for an overnight stay at the Taj Malabar.
Day 12: Periyar
On day 12 you will be taken to the Periyar Wild life Sanctuary, which is home to some exotic animals like the bison, antelope, sambar, wild boar and langur. The sanctuary also boasts of a wide variety of birds and around 750 elephants. You will be taken on a game viewing tour by a private motorboat in the evening, which incidentally is the best time to see wild life. You will stay overnight at the Hotel Taj Garden Retreat.
Day 13: Periyar - Madurai
Relax at Periyar in the morning and drive to Madurai in the afternoon, which is 135 km away. Spend a relaxed evening strolling around the city also known as the "city of temples". You retire for the night to the Hotel Taj Garden Retreat in Madurai.
Day 14: Madurai
As part of your Kerala with Golden Triangle Tour, you will enjoy a full day of sightseeing that will include the Sri Meenakshi Temple, Tirumalai Nayak Palace, Tiruparankundram (rock-cut) Temple and the Alagarkoil Temple. You will board an evening flight to Chennai and on arrival check into the Hotel Taj Garden Retreat for the night.
Day 15: Chennai
You will enjoy a full day sightseeing that will include visits to the Kapaleeshwarar Temple, St Thome Cathedral, Sri Parthasarathy Temple, Fort St. George and the Marina. You retire to the Hotel Taj Coromandel for the night.
Day 16: Drive to Kanchipuram
You will drive to Kanchipuram and visit some of its beautiful temples like the Kailasanatha Temple, Vaikunta Perumal Temple, Sri Ekambaranathar Temple, Kamakshi Amman Temple, Devarajaswami Temple. Thereafter you will drive to Mahabalipuram and check in at Hotel Fisherman's Cove.
Day 17: Mahabalipuram
After a relaxed morning, you will spend the afternoon on a sightseeing tour that would take you to the Five Rathas, Shore Temple, Arjuna's Penance, Mandapams and Krishna Mandapam.
Day 18: Chennai
After a leisurely morning you will drive back to Chennai on day 18 of the Kerala with Golden Triangle Tour. Later, you will be driven to the international airport to board your flight back home.
